We provide our Clients with hands on business advisory based on a deep understanding of the points below. Our advisory process is very flexible and is delivered to our Clients based on the specific outcome the Client wants.

1) The Challenge - Definition of the Advisory Scope

What is the topic of interest or specific objective? New product, technology or transformation? Defining the right question to answer is fundamental to providing the right Advisory.

2) The business as it operates today - Discovery

We combine three data sets (quantitative) with qualitative interviews/workshops to discover how the organisation operates or performs today. We look at Voices of the Business, Process and Customers to form a complete view of the AS IS.

   

3) Data and Options - Different solution perspectives 

Based on the AS IS - different solutions will be identified with different business impact potential. Based on an agreed number of parameters we will assess and determine which to select as the preferred option for detailed ROI and approach analysis. 

 

4) Advisory Outcome 

Here we work to elaborate on the preferred option based on data and forecasting of solution performance. The preferred option will be played back to the key stakeholders to optimise it, before handing the complete and documented Advisory to the Clients. 

 

Our Business Advisory Accelerator directs the process to understand the challenge at hand and the business very quickly. Then, the creative process of identifiying options and selecting the preferred option takes over and the real Co-Kreation starts.

The deliverable of our Advisory is a clearly formulated strategic objective, detailed map of the AS IS business context, TO BE design and transformational roadmap designed to close the strategic gap.
